We provide a range of services, including Year End Accounts, Self Assessment, Bookkeeping, VAT Returns, Payroll - PAYE, Corporation Tax, Capital Gain Tax & Inheritance Tax, Pensions, and Practice Outsourcing services to other UK-based practices.
3. User Obligations
Users/Clients must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. Users/Clients are responsible for ensuring timely communication and provision of necessary documentation for successful completion of tasks.
4. Payment Terms
* One-off Assignments: For services like Self Assessments, payment is required before submission of accounts or tax returns. We provide draft computations for approval before invoicing. If payment is not received, submissions will not occur, placing liability on the client.
* Companies/Accounting Practice: Invoices are issued on the 23rd of each month, with payment due within 7 days. If a client is overdue for two months, services will be halted until payments are updated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and intellectual property on the website are owned by Direct Business Ltd.
Any external designs or developments were commissioned by us, with full ownership rights transferred.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are liable only for negligence on our part. We accept no responsibility for penalties due to late submissions if Users/Clients fail to pay our service fee or provide necessary/complete documentation timely.
Our Liability to the fullest extent possible at law we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage) suffered by you as a result of any visit to or use of this site or of any materials provided on it or downloaded from it or your inability to use this site or any error in the provision of this Site or any computer virus transmitted through this Site whether such loss or damage arises from our negligence or otherwise and even if we are expressly informed of the possibility of such loss or damage.
